As part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, we are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on any and all items. You must be logged in to see your FREE standard shipping option. With our FREE standard shipping, our customers can be sure that all items in stock will be shipped by the next business day and will arrive within 5 to 10 business days to any address in the continental United States including PO boxes via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

FREE standard shipping is also offered for orders placed to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO boxes via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow 10-15 days for item(s) shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Shipments to military addresses (APO, FPO) may be subject to longer transit times due to military processing.

Rates and times for shipments are calculated during checkout according to item weight and dimensions. Shipping services used include USPS, UPS and FedEx. Shipments to military addresses (APO, FPO) may be subject to longer transit times due to military processing. Orders over $700 require signature upon delivery. International Shipping:
We welcome international orders. If you wish to place an order with items to be delivered outside the United States, please contact us with order details including customer name, order number, desired item(s) and shipping address. Shipping charges will be subject to international shipping rates. Additional customs fees and duties that may apply are also the responsibility of the customer. International orders may require additional verification and information from the customer, and we will contact you through email regarding your international order. We will allow until the end of the third (3rd) business day after the initial order for a verification response before cancelling the order. Note that international orders do not qualify for free standard shipping and returns. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Items that are sold out are updated regularly on our site, but should there be a discrepancy, we will contact you as soon as possible through email.


We are pleased to offer FREE exchanges or full refunds to your original credit card for any non-clearance purchase with which you are not 100% satisfied when you contact us within 30 days of the ship date and all returned items are undamaged, unworn, and in their original condition bearing the tags and/or any special protective or packaging materials. To ensure your FREE exchange/return, return/exchange instructions need to be followed. For detailed instructions, contact us and include your order number. Original or comparable shipping box with original or comparable packing materials must be used.

If you would like to exchange an item, just let us know which item you would like to return and with which item you would like to replace it. Differences in prices will then either be credited to or debited from the customer's credit card accordingly. If rush orders are desired, please let us know.

Return/exchange shipping fees for items returned or exchanged beyond the 30 days from the original ship date are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that items returned after the 30 days be securely packed, insured and with a request for signature for our customers' protection. Items may be returned up to 60 days to receive store credit.

If an item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment in order to be eligible for return. Notification beyond the first 3 days of receipt leaves items in question up to our discretion for returns.


We are also pleased to offer FREE standard shipping for all clearance items. Clearance items are final sale items that are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Some products on are limited edition or limited quantity items. The status of items that are sold out is updated regularly on our site, but should there be a discrepancy, we will contact you as soon as possible through email. If an item you want is sold out, it may become available through a first-come-first-served waitlist option. Just contact us if you would like to be placed on the waitlist.
