iPhone or BlackBerry– which team are you on?
With the launch of Apple’s new iPhone 3G S today, I’ve seen lots of comments flying around about iPhones and BlackBerrys. It’s amazing to see exactly how attached everyone is to their gadget– it’s really an extension and expression of themselves, as if their identities were enmeshed with their gadget, and everyone else must choose a “team” or else be forever shunned and ridiculed.
Ok, so maybe this is a little excessive and exaggerated. Nevertheless, I would be interested to see if we really DO have a team we’re rootin’ for!
The Experiment:
- In the comment box below, choose and enter one of the following: “iPhone”, “BlackBerry”, or “Neither”. You don’t actually have to own either to choose one.
- Follow that with any comments you may want to include.
- At the end of the week, let’s see who has the most fans!
Example below.
GOOD LUCK!
Oh and btw, if you still have the old 3G or planning to take advantage of the incredible $99 deal for those, make sure you check out our cell phone cases and accessories! BlackBerry fans need not feel left out– we have those too!
BlackBerry
I just can’t do the touch screen to type, but surfing the web on iphone is much easier.
BlackBerry all the way. Who cares about the iPhone?!
i have neither the blackberry or iphone. but i think i’m going to get the blackberry next. i like the real buttons it has even if i do end up getting carpal tunnel. =P
I’m a BB kinda gal – major email user as opposed to internet on my phone!
Would there be any demand for a keypad-plus iPhone?
Also, a friend pointed out – Android, google’s hat in this ring could soon become a huge contender!
Blackberry from work but I thought about quitting so I could get an iphone
android android android!
cause android has an open platform, iphone is a complete closed circuit, too many apple-based restriction potential (like itunes back in the day with the mp4 blocks). dunno about bb’s, screens seem kinda small.
Blackberry
It’s simply much more comfortable to write e-mails with the real buttons rather than with the touch screen. I have a blackberry and an ipod touch and when i’m on travel and have wireless internet i pull out my blackberry to write an e-mail not my ipod simply because it’s much easier.
